I hire interns and never consider one that has zero work experience. Doesn't need to be at all related to the field (we get that from classes and projects) but I want to know you have experienced showing up on time, doing a job that's sometimes tedious, interacting with customers (we're a client-service business), getting along with coworkers.[/quote]
