What WILL help the GOP during the next election cycle is the young people who are vowing not to vote for anyone if TikTok gets banned. When the young people band together, they are pretty unstoppable. We've seen it when they punk'd Trump and other republicans by requesting tickets to their events and never showing up, leaving empty venues. We've seen it when they figured out how to add massive amounts of DJT merch to their carts and never checkout so that the stock numbers were reduced down to Out of Stock because his site wasn't properly created. And most recently we've seen it with their attack on Facebook/Meta. They've only been working for 2 days and they've already managed to drop the Facebook rating from 5 stars to 2.3 stars through massive 1-star reviews on how no one wants Facebook & how lame Mark Zuckerberg is.
