Yes, it is. I am tired of being forced to bow at the altar of "small business people". Having children is a choice but ability of some loser to deal with regulations and make a payroll yada yada is something we should all worry about.

I am not a government worker, loser. I work for a private company which gives me all the flexibility I want re: childcare. Because, guess what "business-woman" - there are many employees worth much more than 6 months of paid leave. But it's no that shocking that bottom dwellers like you have never met them.[/quote]

If you are getting the flexibility you need then problem is solved the why are you trying impose your will on the whole society?  I also don't believe a shit about you getting 6 months  of leave  unless you are saving up your vacation days. The best rated companies for working mothers do not give that much paid maternity leave so there is no freaking way in hell a loser like you is getting that much leave..
