Agree. It is a very likely a legally illegitimate Board and anyone who applied should be considered immediately questionable in terms of their intent to serve, including the applicants that are already retired and bored.[/quote]

Anyone directly impacted by a decision (which in most cases would exclude neighbors) would have standing to sue over the legitimacy of that decision and Elrich could sue as well, because the appointments contradict his legislatively mandated role in selection process. [/quote]
