I suspect that the people that cared and tried are really really worn out at this point. This is time when a Mom, Dad, and big sister still try to help but he doesn’t have those folks. He likely has burned many bridges with old friends from back in day. The folks around now may only be on the payroll. Before his divorce when he went off the rails and was running for President I believe Damon Dash and some guys that came up with him in early days went out to Wyoming to try to get him together.  People get worn out on the never ending merry go round of bipolar disorder.[/quote]
