I hope you did! It can be so hard to stick it out but I know you can do it! I'm feeling a lot of stress this week from home and family. I am in awe of the person who is eating 5 ginger snaps and 5 candies and still losing -- that's definitely not where I am right now. I ate a few chips but definitely out of hunger and not emotion. I am not good at being hungry so I don’t usually have calories for cookies or candy at all. Maybe if I find more time to exercise but that was not really in the card today, though I squeezed in what I could. How did you manage with your stress today? I am working on finding non food ways to deal with stress and a little time outside with my kids really helped. This is a really beautiful fall. [/quote]
