DP here. Christmas happens to be a Federal holiday and is a day off for almost every organization and business. It also falls during the Winter Break which is not necessarily affiliated with a religion (although of course it encompasses several religious holidays). [/quote]

Follow the federal holidays it's not that hard, then you don't need to create panels and so called diversity focus groups to waste money decide and complicate things. This is a rare case where th federal government actually has a use.[/quote]
