If you were going to prioritize ATE cameras, where would you put them? So why are the cameras proven to disproportionately in Black areas when traffic violence seems to a more acute issue is white areas?

Wards 2, 5 and 6 should be targeted for ATE and not Wards 7 and 8. However, Ward’s 7 and 8 have the highest concentration of ATE enforcement. Why is that?[/quote]
