[/quote] I’ve sent my kids to DCPS and charter schools and I have never once faced a situation where people wouldn’t even attempt polite conversations— and I’m Asian so I’m a minority at every school event I’ve ever attended. I’ve gone to majority black, white, and Latinx events and have always found people at least willing to say hello. [/quote]
