No seatbelt and backwards ass emergency response are to blame. If that happens in DC she is in the hospital in under 30 mins and possibly in surgery in 45 mins. In trauma it is called the golden hour. Apparently France never got the memo. It is one of the reasons most of the rest of the world truly sucks. It is Paris and someone dies that maybe could have been saved. Pick a second tier US city ---- Jacksonville? Would not have happened there.[/quote]
