[/quote] Um…lots of major cities in the south—Atlanta included—are predominantly black and reliably (in the city itself anyway) vote democratic. Of course racism is everywhere (not just the south by any means) but I don’t think it makes sense to call a place like the city of Atlanta that’s majority black and has a black mayor and many black elected officials racist.[/quote]
