You're missing the point.  Nobody claims to be a big shot because everybody is a big shot.  I used to work at a high-end CC during summer break between college and just about everyone there is CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, managing director, and senior partners... A few times some of their golf partners didn't show up so I got to pair with these people to play a round of golf.  I was a very good golfer so I got invited to play with them on many occasions and built a relationship with them.  After college, I got a high paying job through one of those connections.[/quote]
