[/quote] OP here: I said this upthread, but he doesn't care if his dad tries to take this to court because he says he wants to "plead his case himself" to a judge. I've explained to him the risks of what could happen, including that a judge could award makeup parenting time, fine me, etc. He isn't thinking about anything but what he wants (but he's 17 so I guess that's to be expected...)[/quote]
