It listed right next to her name in the school directory. "Teacher Resident" 
I googled her. She has a 2021 undergraduate degree in theater. So someone who wanted to be an actress, realized it's impossible, and is now trying to teach without a teaching degree because it was an easy job to get. Can't wait.[/quote]

I'm a teacher in MD and we have a few alternative certification programs. Last year, I was a bit concerned that our new kindergarten teacher was a recent theatre major graduate. She told us she couldn't find a job in her field so she decided to teach. It was a rocky fall but with a lot of help from us and our school's mentor teacher, she was rocking it by the time the new year rolled around. Now, the other teacher from this program quit within the first few weeks. [/quote]
