Not sure what all this fuss is about.[/quote] Then you must not have gone in the weekday morning around 8am or between 3-5pm because there is no way you can zip up North Capitol Street then. We did this drive from H St NE and on a really good day it took 20 minutes, bad day 40 minutes one way. If you are coming from south of H St and eastern market, you can easily add another 20 minutes on top of that.[/quote]
