A NoVa zip with newer housing stock had 17% with retirement income while Mclean 22101 had 34% but that includes the buildings that are destinations for retirees downsizing [Florida in Mclean- hah]. Over the years I went to a destination buildings open houses in a Reston Town Center[22% retirement income] building- great turnout and all were retirees. [/quote] McLean has always been old.
