How many calorie you doing a day....800?[/quote] I wish I were! this is today. M - F less Friday night drinks I try to be this regimented. I only drink alcohol on weekends and generally eat what I want on weekends. this is my weekly routine to keep it all together. Some days I have a piece of toast rather than an apple. 10 years ago I would have weighted 15 pounds less, but at 40 my metabolism has slowed down enough this maintains my frame.
