Do you all think that the non-incumbent board members will promptly hire new leadership at MCPS central office to save the system for future of ALL students?
No. Because contrary to DCUM views most of the county first view MCPS as a dumpster fire and knows that it’s one of the better school districts in the country. Further the board doesn’t hire central office they hire a Superintendent. Central office and everyone else is the purview of the Superintendent.
Not sure if you are right or wrong in thinking that way. Change is at all levels is always good. New ideas and a fresh beginning will help teachers and students achieve their full potential. Why do you oppose that?
I don’t. There’s a new Super, she has some new staff, there will be new principals all over, and obviously new teachers and staff. If anything there seems to be LOTS of change at many levels.
