Some days I eat more. Today I had a turkey burger with avocado at lunch and a piece of salmon and lots of sautéed spinach for dinner, so lots of protein and healthy fat--I also worked out. But I can't indulge like some people--and never have been able to. I was diagnosed with a thyroid condition 15 years ago and am medicated for it, but have never had a fast metabolism, but the corollary is that I don't need as much food as someone with a super fast metabolism either.
