That seems extreme.[/quote] There will definitely be a zoning change in the fall, it’s just a question of degree. I would expect 6-8 plexes to be allowed on a 15,000 SF lot. Lots that size don’t exist in the metro-accessible neighborhoods and the Missing Middle proponents really want to add denser housing throughout Arlington. I wouldn’t expect the neighborhoods that have been spared thus far to get another pass. I think the train is too far down the tracks and all the County Board members have said housing affordability is a priority. [/quote]
