Yes, it is absolutely wrong to for your husband to ask for HIS inheritance early. And if you are pestering your husband about this you can be sure he’ll make sure that he does commingle what he eventually does receive. Why is it always the scheming in-laws who ask these questions in here? It’s rarely the blood relative. Sounds like OP’s husband married down. [/quote]
