Some do see this thread.  And some have rather fresh experience to share.  However, sharing this experience (either positive or negative) could lead to an easy identification.  Few would like to be known on an anonymous forum.        [/quote]

Especially this time of year.  BIM is one of those workplaces where you can get called in and told you won't be coming back next year with no warning or reason.  It's at will employment, and when they change their mind for whatever mysterious corporate reason, bye bye.

Part of the reason so much of the staff turns over is that they see what happens to others and know how much support they can really count on from the corporate owners. Better to find another school with a solid working relationship.[/quote]
That’s sad.
Why basis Silicon Valley and nyc can keep doing good. We parent should complain to the corporate. let them know it’s strategically wrong. Keeping good teachers will attract more students naturally. [/quote]
