He thought she was too tight with the FCPD. Both Annan and Ginwright are Black. There's no question that many of the Fairfax NAACP members are White, but the senior leadership is mostly Black. It's folks like Harry Jackson who like to suggest that Whites control the Fairfax NAACP as part of their argument that the changes to the TJ admission process have been driven by Whites rather than Blacks or Hispanics.
