The county has a better educated population abs fewer poor people. But Whitman is still excellent. [/quote] Not really. If you look at similar SES bands for these areas you'll see they're really kind of average. It's like a school believing they are awesome because their test score average is high when the reality is it's high because they have a low FARMS number, and regardless the same kid would do exactly the same at any of these schools.[/quote]
