Per @ValerieBonk, at event today, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser says she expects DCPS Chancellor Lewis Ferebee to decide on mask policy moving forward as soon as tomorrow.

Just back to report that he didn't bring it up - but that's not the least bit surprising; I'm not sure the message would have been celebrated by everyone on that call. It will make more sense for him to do it in an email. Especially since the opening was about self care - closing with a mask optional message would have been like dropping a nuclear bomb.[/quote]
