Football stadiums attract very few events. There are very few events that attract 100,000 attendees. I doubt M&T attracts more than 20 events a year (including football), but at least M&T shares parking space with Camden Yards. And DMV has more than enough concert venues, etc. Would anybody attend a concert on a Friday night that requires driving down 95South or 66W. I am very confident that none of the urban types would even think about it.[/quote]
