(although I'm totally sympathetic to the impulse to do so.)[/quote] Russians will never be prosecuted for the same reasons that American pilots who bomb hospitals aren't. They have nuclear weapons and no country can force them to hand over suspects. Modern war crimes trials are for people from countries unable to protect their own citizens [/quote]
