China has some. Not a threat to us now but maybe in 10 years. We do have them and they work as well as China's if not better. Whatever you are reading is pretty far off. As for you other point --- the only way to deal with a nuclear power is to believe that they will not use the weapons. Otherwise the bully can do what it wants. If Russia used them they would be destroyed. That will take care of that. [/quote]
