The house looks like shit. You can see the suicide staircase in the window. My view is that it will never sell because the fair market value is less than what the developer invested in it. But couldn’t you see someone low-balling by 100k and maybe they take the offer and then it becomes someone else’s problem?  I mean look at the fugly mansions in Nova that are 20,000 SF but a similar aesthetic.  Someone buys them and pays millions.  Is this worse than those?  Am I crazy?  The school pyramid is excellent (for APS).[/quote]
