The house looks like shit. You can see the suicide staircase in the window. Somehow it all looks smaller than the pictures online, yet also strange that so little of the first floor seems to be taken up by the apartment-sized kitchen and living room (which appear to be right at the front entrance without a foyer).

My view is that it will never sell because the fair market value is less than what the developer invested in it.
