Since law enforcement determined that there is a “low level” threat — not a non credible threat — I would like an explanation for why no texts were sent out. They text me everything else that they email. Why didn’t they text this information ti make sure parents saw it?[/quote]

I also didn’t get a text with this alert from the county, though I did get the email (several hours after it was sent because I don’t check email as frequently as texts on my phone), which was unusual because I usually get woofed (please enjoy my Office reference) by MCPS for every other mundane piece of information they send out.
