Not a slander because used the word "likely".  And the identity of these two men is not known.

But, yes, best thing is to record these people on live stream.  Tell the Barista, put their picture on DCUM (Jeff can delete if it is wrong) saying that these people were making a young girl uncomfortable etc...and publicly shame them.

Once upon a time sexual harassment was tolerated in the work place...then it had to stop.
