Nobody's rides are more consistently difficult than OA. Very demanding.  I do most of them and when I do a ride with someone else I always feel like I could have worked harder[/quote]

I’m the PP. Generally speaking, I quit riding hard for each ride. I’ve decided to give my heart a rest and only take two hard classes (bike or tread) per week. But I wonder if she follows her rides while teaching. The couple of rides I took of hers I could not have been that talkative, with any amount of clarity, while taking them. [/quote]

I think very few of them follow their own rides, or if they do it’s the very minimum end of the call out.  There’s no way ally or Robin are doing their Tabata classes at full force and talking like they do.  However Tunde I guarantee you is working her ass off. [/quote]
