They will marry you and expect you to work full time and be the primary parent...which means you have two jobs and he has one. It is like they want a 1950s housewife plus a high earner and no, they will make no sacrifices for the woman. The woman mommy tracks her career but still has to work out of the home AND be the primary parent. I think marriage is so much worse in this scenario than never marrying.
