+1 overall, white people are having less children.  Are there areas around here that are getting whiter?  People may be leaving due to hcol ( I did from out west), but that doesn't equate to "white people are fleeing MoCo").

But if you don't like how MoCo has become so diverse, I hear WV is paying people $10k to $20k to move there. I think WV is something like 90%+ white, hardly any Hispanic immigrants there.  You could feel to WV.
