I am struggling for ideas for my 3 year old too.  I feel like we have SO much already- play kitchen, magnatiles, balance bike, Nugget, play tent, dolls and doll stroller, vet kit, duplo, little people, memory games, sticker books,  sooo many stuffed animals and books!  To be honest, I don’t want much more in the house.

I decided to do the want/need/wear/read thing, one Santa gift and a small stocking:

Want- Melissa and Doug horse stable 
Need- big kid bedding for when we transition beds
Wear- shoes the next size up or a cute dress 
Read- seek and find book

Santa- scooter

Stocking- pompegrante, Scheilch figure, a small treat or two, bubble bath and character band aids

I am asking extended family for art supplies and craft kits, small duplo sets, mermaid Barbie, pattern blocks/tangrams and books. [/quote]

The crayola scribble scrubbies have been a big hit with our 3 and 5yo.  They have a lot of reusable play value. [/quote]
