Just because someone wants to give feedback that isn’t positive about something going on at their school doesn’t mean they are trying to get someone fired. Things get adversarial and gossipy when people feel they are getting the run-around, or when rules are arbitrary, or there is inconsistent application of the rules. The fact that it isn’t clear who is the ultimate decision maker on this says a lot about the culture.  [/quote]
