Those boundaries look relatively sane.      If you want to see gerrymandering at its worst, look nearby at the map for the Maryland 3rd Congressional district giving us Democratic Congressman Sarbanes.

My point is that the boundaries in Jordan's district  are not unreasonable, and do not include microdistriciting as in the example from the Maryland district.     I'm not sure if the boundaries for Jordan's district would change even if we had nationwide laws against gerrymandering.
