I got it a little over a month ago when approaching an intersection to turn right with no separate turn lane. It's a tight turn, particularly with cross-traffic waiting at the light, which requires the turner to approach very slowly. I drive a tight steering sports car and can safely take it faster than most. But even with my turn signal on well in advance, that still wasn't fast enough to for the tin can of a pickup barreling behind me. Oh well... Not like he didn't have several other through lanes to choose from, but I know not all of my fellow motorists are gifted enough to rub two brain cells together.
