I think the field is particularly results/capabilities driven and not prestige-driven, so exact rankings matter little. There are even more highly regarded publics than you list, included on other ranking systems like CS rankings.org- UMD (#10), Umass (#18), UCLA (#21), and Rutgers (#23). So many great public options.[/quote]
