I am a teacher who would have been fine with going back in person in the fall.  I never ‘refused’ to go in to work.  I was never told to do so.  The mayor could have told teachers to come in to school and then those who wanted to apply for FMLA, ADA could have done so.  Can’t refuse to do something you were never told to do![/quote]
