I would say that you don't get it - ES doesn't count any more than any other similiar extra-curricular activity.   Everything that's been posted (by you, I assume) is appearing to state that being an ES counts greater than anything else.[/quote]

I'm not PP you are referring to, never said it does or doesn't count any more or less, just that from your posts you don't know what it takes to become an ES, now move along.[/quote]
