This isn't true at our elementary school.  Classrooms aren't being shared. Aids aren't being shared.  Nearly everyone is in the expanded walkzone. There is really no barrier to bringing back kids in K-2 for four days a week.   [/quote]

And yet school divisions across the country have had a plan b for 3 feet from the beginning or are revamping. Why do we hold APS to such low standards. For god sake, this thinking is what led to no teaching in spring 2020. This is too hard... just let this pass....no point in inventing the wheel now. Let’s just wait until next school year. It’s like a repeat of last spring. STOP WAITING. Do it now. Figure it out. And 9 days of summer school is a f-ing joke. [/quote]

My kids are in hybrid and loving their two days in the building. I can't wait for them to go back, but I'm not going to push it when it doesn't make sense. If they can add more kids or days without disrupting classes & bus routes, then great. [b]If not, plan for a great return in the fall. [/b]

You're probably the same person who was saying "haha you think they're going to give us return dates?" only to be wrong a few weeks later. APS is planning NOW for the fall, as they should be. If you prefer to sit in your complainer corner, go for it.[/quote]

The complainers should STFU and let APS do its job.

The negativity doesn't help - it only hurts. It will only turn off teachers from signing up for summer school and/or returning in the fall. It's counterproductive to getting our kids back on track.
