I do agree there comes a time when some secretaries should reflect on where they are in life and if they want to proceed with the job.  Yes, people can be idiots and unable to find themselves out of a box but you have chosen a job in customer service.  Our elementary admin secretary has a heart of gold deep down but really comes off negative and rude to many parents who come in to our office.  Can be a bit cringe worthy at times.[/quote]

Our secretaries are so patient, but customer service in the private sector is scarcely available, of low competence, and seldom polite. One just made a mistake that will cost me almost $800 and I have no recourse. This ends our entire extended family’s decades relationship with the company over an employee they pay minimum wage. And people do talk about bad funeral home experience when friends, neighbors, and coworkers have a loss. That $800 is going to cost them so much in the end. [/quote]
