The Dogs might be able to squeeze out 10. The Monuments also shows the same issue with the 14 and 13u's. Their 25's and 26's have about 28 players on the roster but they can't field a full roster. It seems particularly pronounced on the 26's. But they aren't breaking any rules when it comes to class based leagues and tournaments. The roster makeup of every elite HoCo team has a similar profile. [/quote]
