All the teachers who have been asked to return in person and are subject to a union vote telling them to violate their employment assignment and stay home. They are the losers because they are going to be seen as scabs if they go to work and yet they could lose their jobs if they don't.

For all of the teachers who do show up to work in person this week, thank you.  You have no idea how much parents appreciate you (certainly wouldn't know it from this board!).  For the teachers who are not going back, don't accuse those that go back of being "scabs," don't judge.  Those teachers shouldn't risk their jobs for your agenda.  Focus that energy on how to make your own school as safe as possible for you and the students for when you are all inevitably back in the classroom.  It can and will be done.[/quote]
