I am confused why the CDC is basing this recommendation off a rural school district in Wisconsin. Good grief.
17** rural school districts. is there something different about rural school districts in terms of spread than there is a district like FFX? Why would the research not be applicable to other types of schools? If anything, i'd say this study is even more promising as rural school districts lack resources compared to a district like Fairfax or MoCo .
Um, yes? Density, demographics, available space, and levels of community spread. Community spread is always more of an issue in an urban area. If they were actually interested in using representative data, they would be using it from all over the world. Not just a single rural state.
Really? Seems like community spread has been a whole lot worse in rural states like the Dakotas than the DMV in recent months. Many of the factors that contributed to initial widespread community transmission in NYC and other urban areas are still at a fraction of their normal levels with ongoing telework. Metro has lost a ton of revenue because no one is riding it.
