If they felt so concerned that they told the security guard, why not use one of the hundreds of fancy apple devices in the store to text/call 911 once they saw the security did nothing. Besides the security guard is not a cop and he didnt actually hear actually hear anything. It's not like they had to go investigate themselves or give their identity. All they had to freaking do is call 911...not go next door and see what was going on. [/quote]
