I'm planning on using a tandem stroller that we already have. That way I'll have room for bags. I thought about that rain cover idea a bit ago. I ordered one earlier tonight, although it's looking like I'm going to need to go into a bank before it arrives. With the limited banking hours, there's no avoiding bringing the kid along.
