As my white DH says, "Asian Americans are a victim of their own success".[/quote] My experience with my ES school child, the bar is the same, if not higher, for others. There is absolutely nothing extraordinary about the Asian children in my DC’s class, except they do play piano. It’s a pervasive thing though, we all assume the Asians are geniuses. I don’t find that to be accurate though.[/quote]
